Chianti Colli Senesi Sangiovese 2015

Had this bottle with my daughter Emma in Firenze at Buca Mario. Pairs well with steak and truffle mashed potatoes. Splendid! — 8 days ago

Torrebruna

Chianti Colli Senesi Sangiovese 2015

My favorite everyday cheap wine! Goes with burgers, pizza, popcorn, chicken, etc. Dry and tasty with a bit of smoke and spice. — 2 months ago

Fontodi

Case Via Colli Toscana Centrale Syrah 2011

Had this over a year ago, still tasting great. Located in the heart of Chianti Classico in the valley which lies south of the town of Panzano, called the "Conca d’Oro" (the golden shell) because of its amphitheatre shape. Aged for 12 months in oak, big ripe berry aromas & spicy notes. On the palate dark berry flavors, some sweet currants, cacao and oak. Well balanced with soft smooth tannins, lingering ending with smoky tones. Nice! Grab a bottle if you find one! — a month ago

Fattoria San Michele a Torri

San Giovanni Novantasette Chianti Colli Fiorentini Sangiovese Blend 2016

It is a hard to find chianti. But it's worth to pay 25 euro. Gentle, with a smooth mouth and a spicy finish. Strong nose: cherry, leather. — a month ago

Fortezza Dei Colli

Chianti Classico Sangiovese Blend 2014

Far beyond expectations, very powerful chianti, extremely intensive bouquet, long aftertaste. Very pleasant and balanced acidity. If you are not a fan of rich reds, avoid this. Otherwise, cheers! 🍷🍷 — 2 months ago

Fattoria di Lucignano

Conte Lodovico Gvicciardini Chianti Colli Fiorentini Sangiovese 2016

Mellow with a lingering dryness. Classic Sangiovese that would be delicious with pizza. — 16 days ago

Villa S. Anna

Chianti Colli Senesi Sangiovese 2012

Delectable Wine
8.9

This gorgeous Chianti from Villa S. Anna is full of Sangiovese character. Dark cherry, tobacco, cedar and spice abound in a perfumed, classically built Chianti from the Colli Senesi appellation. Drink it over the next handful of years. $20.00 (Antonio Galloni, Vinous, April 2019) — 2 months ago
