Very different from the Tempo D'Angelus. This giving a lot less ripe, more lean style. Also a good glass of wine given the price but preferred the Angelus style this weekend. — 21 days ago

So I drank two bottles of bdx side by side this weekend. This, fourth (!) wine of '20 Angelus and Les Cruzelles '18 from the Durantou family. Both a Pomerol blend of merlot and cabernet franc. I liked this the most and I give this a 92 for sheer pleasure and unbeatable qpr. The cab franc gives this just the right amount of of medicinal herbs to keep things moving on the palate. A serious, balanced and complete big(ger) wine that is drinking well already at three years after bottling. Bought a sixpack at around 20€ a bottle. Will stack this if this comes along from a decent future vintage. — 21 days ago

Some darn good fruit if they can do a 4th wine of this quality.

It is a specific parcel that they bought near the domain around 2018. 2019 was their first vintage. Additionally they blend in young vines from the main wine.
