This is hearty CF…full and textured…all the necessary criteria for a big meal and meaningful varietal expression. Think Pollak CF reserve! — 2 years ago

Solid vintage year for the reserve cab. It’s one of the better balanced mid-Atlantic cabs you can find. It has the density and complexity of a top tier cab you’d expect from.more acclaimed Napa vineyards - but without the the ‘in your face’ tannins. Nice job Penn’s Woods! — 2 years ago
This 2017 is back on track with goodness! Great aroma, juicy fruity well balanced full palate experience. Long finish. Just as good 3 days later as on opening. — 3 years ago

It is a lighter and extremely well balanced and drinkable fruit forward low tannin Pinot Noir. I’d score higher but the price for this low volume production is unrealistic. — 2 years ago
I’m not typically a white or sweet wine person but this 2020 Traminette nailed it. Slight amber color. Tropical fruit on the nose. Slight effervescence on the palate with silky tropical fruits and pear. Pleasant gentle lingering mineral finish. Refreshing but with substance. — 3 years ago

Fruit and spice on the nose. Very approachable on opening and remained consistently good two days later. Raspberries spice (cinnamon) and slight plum on the palate. Medium density. Moderate length finish. — 3 months ago
