This was my WOTN - amazing juice - traditional LPV / Schrader but with a nice extra kick of something else
En Mag
This wine has loads of deep, rich, sweet dark berries and vibrant, chocolate covered boysenberry finish - 2 hour decant and bam - singing loud and clear - nicely integrated silky tannins - finish was unique but not as long as I wanted or I would have gave a 9.9
The 12 is really ready to drink but might get even better is a few years
A guilty like smile - sort of like the cat that shallowed the canary smile as in the carton with tweetie bird — 8 years ago
N: Very mineral, jumps out of the glass,
Dry caramel, Green figs, rock salt, smoke, flint, waxy honeycomb.
P: Bone dry, oyster liquor, lemon rind, mineral, cat pee, grass, .
What a wonderful tactile, Piedmonte wine. So many things unfolding as you go. Layers as Shrek would say.

91 on its own. With my Mother’s old fashion sour cream coffee cake a 9.2
We had it with the N/V Bollinger & Laurent but, the Laurent was the better pair. Not necessarily the better Champange.
One of the best things about the coffee cake is you can enjoy it as dessert and/or with my Barista whole Milk Lattes w/ Cat N Cloud “The Answer“ beans. Something to look forward to!!!!

N: massive cat piss gooseberry. Sort of pretty. Lychee? More white flower as it opens.
P: gooseberry. Peach. A bit creamy. Some brine.
Very good example of what it is.
