30 October 2020: Josie is TEN! Yay! Happy Birthday! We should be eating McDonald’s Apple Pies and instead we are eating steak and pecorino w honey and tagliatelle with truffle (and butter) and ragu plus a potato with lard at Associazione Chianti. NBD. We miss Josie and the wine was great (though needed to be chilled). Tomorrow is Halloween and then it’s November and Tuesday is the Election. FUCK. PLEASE COME TOGETHER. ok. In Alba years ago, this wine was on every table in the pedestrian zone. Super low fizz, but it’s there, minerality galore, and all the gravelly love a Roero Arneis can bring. Pure summer wine from a serious producer. Sadly delectable can’t find the name. This is not monsordo — 5 years ago
