I tried this in a Spanish tapas restaurant in Albuquerque and I thought it was really good. — 2 years ago
Nice sparkler - tiny bubbles, good acidity, malic, lactic, citric, great length of apple flavor with a hint of lime and lemon, but another hint: it’s made in Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA, not France. My friends from that state always remind me how great this winery is. So, drink up (like those friends of mine do) with some New Mexican green chile stew, with a fried egg on top. Side of joe with some piñon nuts if you like. Perfect brunch in my reckoning... And a hint of toasted brioche in the aftertaste? That almost makes it seem “French”, doesn’t it? — 4 years ago

An orchard of fruit, not quite ripe.
Not so tart cranberry, rasp. Concise, focused, This wine knows exactly what it is. Sweet tart like acidity. A great way to take the heat off in Albuquerque.
One of those easy pick up and always know what fine product you’ll get rosé’s. — 7 years ago
