Perfect red with a steak and with tuna — 7 years ago
Excellent first bottle in Lisbon. Medium dry with nice fruit notes. — 8 years ago
Made only in exceptional years, an excellent example of the Touriga Nacional grape, deep red color with black fruit aromas, aged for 12 months in new and used French oak. On the palate blackberry and black cherry flavors with herb notes, and vivid acidity, and oaky notes. The finish is about medium, fine tannins and great structure which will age well for a decade. — 10 years ago

A very decent red, without pushing the fruity side of Touriga N. or over extracting.
Elegant, restrained, black & blue fruit, with an earthy undertone and a whiff of mocca.
Juicy, fresh, with great flow & nice depth.
Nothing that will blow your socks off, but a very enticing, highly drinkable one. Nice. — 6 months ago
