@Web Bond I would agree more pleasure than complexity at this stage. I am not experienced enough to know if that changes. So 20 cases made it to the US , how many are produced . As always I appreciate your insights.

Wiltinger braune Kupp(WbK) is 4 hectare and a monopole from Muller. For context, Muller’s holdings in Sharzhofberger are 8 hectare(Sharzhofberger is roughly 28 hectare in total). 1200 bottles of Sharzhofberger Kabinett were imported for 2014 vintage. Thus, WbK is a far more rare wine. Many would contend WbK is the 2nd best vineyard on the Saar even if not very well known due to limited production and far less global export. FWIW, WbK is on a bend directly on the Saar like the historical vineyards on the middle Mosel. As such, WbK typically has a fruitier profile. Sharzhofberger is way off the river and not visible from Saar. I am a huge fan of WbK and most have not tasted wine. Consider yourself blessed by Riesling!
