A little low on fizz with hardly any head, but make up with really great roasted flavour with 6% well hidden. Fr Oromocto LS. — 9 years ago
Goes well with homemade brunswick stew and cornbread

Perfumey, tropical, quince, medium amber astringency, super fun! — 3 years ago
Smells sweet, maybe fruity? Brunswick the nostrils a bit. Sweet, rounded taste that fills the mouth, lots of tannins, pretty dry finish, not super acidic. Not super complex, but good to drink. Had with steak with mushrooms and onion red wine sauce and broccoli barley rubble from smitten kitchen — 7 years ago
Dark, glass-clinging red purple. Big bosomy dark-fruity nose. Full-bodied mouthfeel with medium firm tannins on entry. Juicy blueberries and blackberries in vanilla cobbler. Medium-long dark finish. Clearly some years ahead, but satisfying right now. Hold something else. — 10 years ago
Found @ take out Hotel Brunswick. Bench top seats and a little spit coming from a patch of dark clouds. Pasta Bar not undersold...papardelle with crisped pancetta, black truffle, cremini, and cream sauce(two hand fulls of cheese and some EVOO). Sent from His Majesty. Spaghetti with basil, tomatos broth and seafood....👍. Blair asleep on walk to car. Wine is a winner, need 3-4 bottles to better understand. — 7 years ago
The somm at the hipster resto was totally judging us for shortlisting different styles of wines. I guess that's the price of admission for having broad tastes. Anyway, I just wanted to know which of our options sucked the least, and after Mr. Wine Guru was done throwing shade ("none of our wines suck"—lolz), he offered this bottle, saying it was a personal favourite at a great price point. Being down-sold to something this delicious was more than enough to absolve his sins. (He was also kind of handsome, which also helped.)
Crisp acidity on my first sip softened nicely as I downed half a dozen New Brunswick oysters and a healthy portion of fancy fries (or "pomme frites", as I was almost able to utter with a straight face). Bring me bottles of this in July and August and we'll sip them in the park or comfort of my air conditioned apartment. — 9 years ago
