Tried this wine out of curiosity over its 81 rating in the Wine Spectator. Not sure what they were smoking when they rated it, but I found it to be delightful. 2004 was a great vintage and this one didn't disappoint. Still had rich color and vibrant tannins. It deserves no less than a 90. Very tasty! — 9 years ago
Delectable notes of black currants and cherry nice hints of oak — 5 years ago
Best nose of the night. Great deal too for $40. This wine is hanging tough for sure. Palate is black fruit and tannin. If you can find this is it well worth the effort. Stupid QPR! — 8 years ago
Finally opened after buying at vineyard 18 months ago and it was worth the wait! Excellent Sauv Blanc with some light oak and medium body. Drinks smoothly with a nice aftertaste. — 9 years ago
Solid, if not special — 6 years ago
Spiced, peppery, fruit forward nose followed by a mellow middle and a long plumb finish. Wow! Even Tammy loves this one! Winning! — 7 years ago
