Polished Continental Mencia from low-yield 90 year old vines in El Bierzo, aged in French oak for 12-18 months. Dark red, mahogany. Intense, oaky nose, notes of pine, licorice and vanilla. Very smooth and elegant — 6 years ago
Nov 2024: very young at 7 years, took more than an hour in decanter to open up. Promising a great potential, hold and wait 5 years at least — 6 months ago
Bom a 199. Precisa decantar — 3 years ago
Beautiful, powerful Godello found in a bottle shop in central Madrid for 8,50 €. Bright golden color, layered and textural with spicy, floral and tropical aromatics. Lemon curd, grilled pineapple, fennel, salted caramel, lovely mineral finish and imbued with refreshing salinity. Great tension between ripe fruit and herbal notes. Highly recommended for serious value. Burgundy lovers will appreciate. — 6 years ago
Вино 2005 года, имеет потенциал развития, но его можно и сейчас пить. Соответсвенно танинное. Нос сдержанный древесный, зеленый перец, земля. Цвет глубокий, рубиновый почти непрозрачный. Нужно долго декантировать. — 2 years ago
Peaked after 30 min in decanter, in an hour declined noticeably. Very good at peak though — 5 years ago

Fleshy and a bit grapey. Black cherry and blackberry. Earth, gravel, charcoal, and smoke.
A project that has Raul Perez’s name attached. What doesn’t he touch in Bierzo?!? Solid wine and packaging with a case one deal. — a month ago
