Old vine Garnacha Blanca, fermented and aged in amphora. Candied and mineral. Marshmallows came to mind, but everyone on the table were reminded of a particular candy they grew up eating in Malaysia (Kiss Me’s blackcurrant flavour for those in the know). Textural and sapid on the palate. An enjoyable intrigue, although the candied elements can get too much at times. — 4 years ago

Same producer and varietal as the amphora-fermented marshmallow intrigue (Kha Mé) we had a couple of weeks ago. I felt it had the same DNA, though a little more savoury and a little less textural and intense. A so-so wine. — 4 years ago

This is really lovely stuff.woodland strawberry, some raspberry and hints of red currant. Tobaccco, some vanilla, mineral mouthfeel and great acidity. You don't notice the 14,5 % at all ( only in your head...). — 10 years ago
