St. Helena Cabernet Sauvignon 2013

Very fruit forward. Blackberries, blueberries, and vanilla. If you have this in your cellar, I would not hold it for much longer. — a month ago

Fusion V Stellenbosch Red Blend 2003

Wow. A truly wonderful delicious Bordeaux blend from South Africa -no less. My first from this country. 2003 vintage still bringing it. Near perfect Harmony with a lush delicious mouth feel with a long finish. — 4 months ago

My go to N/V Rosé. Haven’t had in sometime…been on Blanc kick.

Paired w/ a plum/pear tart topped off w/ pistachios from the Adorable French Bakery.

Los Vascos Valle de Colchagua Cabernet Sauvignon 1697

1997(!) vintage. What a nice surprise. Still very much alive, a most pleasurable light Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon. I would have never expected the entry level of Los Vascos to age this well. Abv. 12,5%. — a month ago
