2024/7/20-21. Aromatically this starts out pretty brown - lots of toasted spice and earth. With air it does show flashes of the deep, smoky cherry one might expect, and it’s still very enjoyable, but I can’t help wonder if this bottle (which I bought on sale) might have been a little worse for wear. 開店した年の記念VT。
少しガーネット色。もう少し甘さのある感じかと思いきや、結構ドライというか冷涼感のある味わいで、すごく繊細で透明感のある印象。
かと言って、厳格かとかタイトかと言われたらそんなことはなく、すごく優美でスムーズな感じ。
ホワイトペッパーや、白い花、ドライフラワー。

エリオアルターレのバローロ アルボリーナ2014の雰囲気にかなり近い。
グラーチがバローロのコレクターらしいし、実際に味わい的にもベンチマークとしているのかも。
