This is a great Shiraz from Israel. Well balanced and enjoyable by itself or with food. Nice complexity with a soft and elegant mouthfeel, yet bigger than I expected.
Delightful by itself as a sipping wine by the fireplace.
Needs 90 minutes to open up properly, and will get better in the next 5 years.
A blend of 97% Shiraz and 3% Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged for 21 months in French and American Oak barrels.
