60% Gros Maseng, 20% Petit Manseng, 20% Arrufiac. Med+ acidity, steely, clay, dried grass, under ripe lemon, faint lime in the finish. ... and I keep getting faint hints of a pineapple & barrel flavor profile characteristic in the finish, that Ive only have come across with a few fume blancs.
