Always very firm in its youth it’s finally drinking well right now with fruit, nicely developed round tannins and underlined acidity that’s there but doesn’t stand out (wouldn’t peg this as Italian in a blind tasting and probably not old world). — 6 years ago

Day 2 and changing this from 91 to 93. Delicate red fruit with great tannin, structure, and mouthfeel. Glad I grabbed these!
