Entrée course wine for the Paul Lato wine dinner at Amaya. Not sure if this was decanted or opened early. Pretty tight on first taste as expected, but let it sit for for about 15 minutes while enjoying the Suerte. Surprised how quickly it opened, showing dark fruit, pepper and savory elements. Terrific with the Osso Bucco. — 8 years ago

@Norman Gennaro - the Sauv Blanc was the only '15 served at the dinner. The Kokoro Chard and Seabiscuit Pinot were '14s. I hope to get up to Santa Maria to visit Paul in about six weeks, but that won't help for the ongoing '15 release decision. 🙁🍷
