We had heard about the rare Timorasso grape, and we got to share a bottle through the generosity of Parmissima Amanti at Enoteca Vino Nostro. The wine was tart, with faint peach and violet tastes. It would be wonderful pasta and white sauce, or with delicate fish. — 7 years ago
