Blend of 50% Macabeu and 50% Grenache, pale salmon color with aromas of stone and citrus fruit with slight berry, floral and yeasty notes, nice mousse and bubble flow, aged on lees for 20 months, zero dosage. On the palate flavors of strawberry and citrus, almost creamy mouthfeel, good acidity balance, ending medium+ in length with some mineral and biscuit notes. Pair with some sushi rolls. — a year ago
