NOSE: light, bright, lemon, seawater…a little asparagus? Green something. The tiniest smidge of passionfruit.

TASTE: clean…very clean. Less acid than you expect. Distinct spices…chili? Cardamom? White flower petals. This would be great with fish tacos. 90. — 7 months ago

Very different take on Xinisteri. Rich and very structured. Lots of minerals and good acid. Has more in common with a high end village Burgundy than the bitingly acidic xinisteri more typical of Cyprus. Long finish. Excellent. — a year ago
