This wine brought us back to sitting in the lounge of the Schloss in Lieser Germany, along the Mosel, where we first tasted this it. Just like then, we couldn’t put our glass down. Who would have thought that this region known for their rieslings, would have such a robust Pinot noir. This 2018 Pinot noir was incredible - great body, and finish. — 8 months ago
Well-rounded. Reliable. — a month ago
One of the nicest German beers I have had. Brewed to Bavarian purity laws using only ingredients from the state, it is clear with a nice fluffy head, straw coloured with a really fresh and pleasant aroma of hops and lemon.
Taste wise, it is smooth and light, with malt and hops that together give a rounded drink to make it a perfect Helles. — 2 months ago

And again- reviewing this vintage after 6 years. Wonderful aroma, but delivers a little less. Still great fruit driven, with great balance. — 5 months ago
