Drinkable cab. Little throat spice. — 5 months ago
As a teacher, the name caught my eye. Happy to say, it’s definitely good for the tastebuds as well. A solid wine. — 9 months ago
Well structured and balanced wine; great density and silky tannins. Blackberry, black cherry, cedar and clove meet on the palette. Great find! — a year ago
First try of the ‘18. Fruit coming through nicely with some tight tannins. Needs a nice aeration now. I’ll leave the rest for another year plus. Black and red fruit, nice minerality. — 3 months ago
Excellent. Heavy cherry. — 4 months ago
My first bottle of the ‘18s. Should’ve heeded my review of the 17s, a decant is definitely required at this point. With some air time, the red and black fruit really come forth, truffle, earthy, dusty, floral. Very nice light mouthfeel yet with a medium plus finish. I’ll be letting my other bottles age a bit, if I can, or at least remember to decant at least 45 min. — 5 months ago
