Napa Cab under $25! For the price, totally worth it. Just know that you're value is in flavor, balance and finesse; not power or tannin. The wine isn't missing any component of a good bottle of Cab, it shows you small amounts in every category.

Starts off a little simple but it blossoms with 30 minutes in the glass. This is a medium-bodied cab with red-leaning fruit and good acidity. The nose is a bit compact and the finish is short, but this is otherwise a good buy for around $26. I'd drink it sooner rather than later, though, as it loses steam with extended aeration.

High alcohol and good legs on an inky dark cab sauv. One dimensional and completely devoid of structure. New world fruit forward disappointment with strong cherry notes, pepper, and poorly developed tannins. Forgettable in the best way possible.
