Then there is this wine that the god of wine created to surprise everyone. Just when I thought I figured out wine, I got slapped with this legit red wine from Georgia. It’s a breathtaking wine. I am typically not a fan of too much extraction… 105 days of skin contact in this wine. The tannins were so smooth and in your face while plenty of fruit and acid to balance it all. Only 13.5% alcohol for such a big body wine. Loved this wine! — 6 months ago
Georgian natural wine. High acid, full of vibrance. On the nose- fresh grass, wildflower, orange peels, fennel seed, blueberry, heirloom tomato. On the palate, underripe blueberry, cumin/coriander, orange blossom. Delicious with hummus and pita, olives, eggplant. — 4 years ago

Amber color from the skins, buried in a Qvevri for fermentation. Spiced golden fruits, medium mouth feel. Wild and lovely! — 4 years ago

My absolute favorite wine.
Aromas of cherry, cocoa, red fruits on the nose
Tannins are beginning to be less grippy-could age a few years to see if tannins smooth out.
Deep flavors of cherry, balanced acids l, red currant undertones.
It's a special bottle. Beautiful. Magical.
