Pop and pour, but notes from 1.5 hrs open. This might bey favorite incarnation of this wine so far. Also apparently the vintage with the least whole cluster (15%). On the nose: lovely perfumed nose with sweet red raspberry, wild strawberry, loads of spice, soft herbal.notes. On the palate: excellent acidity and density: soft grapeseed notes, dark black raspberry, and soft, finely grained tannin on the finish. — a year ago
2011 aging beautifully. Still loads of fruit . Opened up after two hours into a smooth, deep fruit bomb with spice and lovely bouquet. — 4 months ago
Tamber Bey . 2018. Cabernet sauvignon. Yountville - Napa Valley. My new favorite vineyard in California. I have spent hundreds of dollars trying to find a good California cab. And when I say hundreds I mean hundreds. Finally!!!!!!!! This is the third bottle and they have all held true over the past six months. It’s not tart it’s not sour and has no crazy aftertaste. Just DANG good cab! Instead of describing what it is I’m going to describe what it’s not . Basically everything we don’t like in a wine is not here!!!!!! Only one more word: BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I promise you will not regret this purchase! — 9 months ago

One of two btls left in the cellar of our new house. Classic tannic Napa blend, nicely aged, nicely refined, maybe a bit thin without food but nicely complements a BBQ ribeye. Extra points with the wife and daughter for all the horsey references — 9 months ago
