Better than others, not as good as Lanson — a month ago
Decanted for 2 hours. Still big, no signs of fading. Did not drink enough before it was consumed to review properly, but seemed a touch sweet. — 2 months ago
Aging very nicely. Very savory. Lots of Mourvèdre. Delicious with salad nicoise. — 17 days ago
The Oregon Pinot Noir I’ve been looking for…mostly. Label claims cherry, black currant, and forest floor. I’m happy to say it’s well-balanced in those areas. It has the earthiness that Firesteed was missing, yet I could use a little more and it still has a lighter body that keeps it from perfection. Not sure one can expect more body from Pinot Noir these days, at least coming from certain regions. Great balance and fruit aroma to the nose as well, no harsh acidity or spice. — 2 months ago

Classic textbook Napa. Cassis, graphite, black pepper. — a month ago
The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon wafts up with a pretty bouquet, showing rosy florals, sage and crushed raspberries. It soothes the senses with the silkiest textures as a potent, red fruit wave washes across the palate. An herbal flourish lingers as this finishes peppery and lightly structured. $22.00 (Eric Guido, Vinous, March 2023) — 3 months ago
