Light tannins on the nose. Dry on the palate, I mean extra dry; crispy. Matter of fact fried chicken would be amazing with this wine! I’d like to know what’s in the blend. I’m touched by the tribute on the label though 💕 let this wine open up (after decanting) for at least 10 minutes - wow! — 10 days ago

Prieure Saint-Hippolyte - Languedoc - Blanc
50% Grenache Blanc, 25% Viognier, 25% Vermentino
Nice fresh fruit, dry, Peach, pear, floral, wax, stones.
Not the biggest, baddest, longest aging wine ever, but... a very well made Languedoc Blanc to be enjoyed now, under $15.
Guessing 11-12.5% ABV (label range 11-14), went nicely with an omelette dinner.

Good fruit and ripeness, Semi-Underripe white peach bitter around the pit notes (Flavor and acidity), pear, white floral, golden grapes, fennel, slightly honeyed-straw, gravely with some clay. Med+ acidity, mouthwatering.
Super impressed for $12, More please. — 11 days ago
Love the Thierry Navarre Saint-Chinians, yet this was a fun change of pace. Bless these vignerons that keep oddball grape varieties alive. Light in body, high in acidity yet kind of darker plum and dried fruit character. — 11 days ago
Full bodied & spicy. Intense berries & tobacco. Excellent wine — a month ago
