Nice notes of melon and vanilla with balanced acidity and a mineral touch — 6 months ago
Omg!! So lovely! Clean. Holds up well against pasta (see Stanley Tucci’s Finding Italy Carbonara). Would definitely get again. — 9 months ago
Trying to get into more dessert wines, this will be lapped up by De Moor fans, sweet but complex, crème brûlée and tart apples. — 15 days ago
At little green at first but mellowed really nicely — 7 months ago
Domaine Gérard Persenot - Saint Bris 2019
The nose is half chalk half lemon. I love it and it's really a terroir thing. The palate is a Sauvignon they had been dripped in coton and chalk (if there's a way to taste chalk). There's some width, there's lemon all along, and there's a finish that's rather long with the same notes hanging up there for quite a while. You gotta love that — 10 months ago

More like a Chablis than a Sauvignon Blanc. So saline and citrusy. Love De Moor wines. — 8 days ago
