Been waiting for years to get back to London and bring this home as it’s only available at Berry Bros. & Rudd as far as I know. Remarkable mineral and acidic cut for a southern French white, like a Loire chenin but with a bit more heft and roundness. Green mango, bitter grapefruit, honey, pear, smoke and spice on the finish. カルレオーネの19が固い印象だったので、気になって飲んでみたが、エレガント。
紅茶やタバコ、チェリーっぽい酸とミネラル感。
ただ、少し水っぽさというか、酒躯の密度が緩いのが気がした…それでも美味しいワイン。
