For $20 a nice value primarily Sangiovese Tuscan red blend. Perhaps slightly jammy but still retains the core of nice red fruit and great acidity. Good pairing with a deeply seasoned oven roasted chicken shawarma. — 2 years ago

Pungent fruity notes with loads of spiciness. Such an incredible nose! Beautiful melange of cherry, raspberry and baking spices. And bam. Fully flavored with loads of fruit, silky smooth, and light and easy finish. Incredibly well balanced and refined. My only complaint, although a small one, is the higher alcohol content is noticable and almost takes away from the elegance of the wine. If the AC were lowered a bit I'd have to say it was a nearly perfect wine. All that said, I have always loved brunellos and this is an amazing example. Definitely recommend! — 22 days ago
