Frizzante! Lightly effervescent, on the sweet side. Crazy juicy and crushable, like martinelli's. Black cherry, red currant jam, toasted almond. — 4 years ago
Ripe. Juicy. Aromatic. Definitely way more bubbles than I expected. Cork was funky looking coming out. Definitely popped. Otherwise pretty classical barbera profile. — 8 months ago

The nose is cidery and not super inviting, but the palate is far more appealing. Bright coppery color. Chewy tannins. Tastes of orange peel and windfall apples. Had this at Osteria Santo Stefano in Piacenza, where their entire white wine list appears to be orange wine. — 4 years ago
Fizzy orange wine from Emilia-Romagna! So fun. Bone dry. Sour strawberry lemon zest. Bottle cap and beautiful label — a year ago
Villa D’Este served this to us on arrival! Quite nice and smooth! — 4 years ago
