Super floral on the nose with hints of lemon, honey and beeswax. Pallet is full with flavors of lychee, unripe peach and lime. Massive acidity that leaves you wanting another sip. Totally floral on the finish. Bold and viscous with a silky texture. There is a bit of CO2 in the glass. Very refreshing and interesting. Reminiscent of a Rhône White.
