Drank 6/3/21. Excellent with a ribeye.
Plums and earth on the nose. Palate is round and flavorful with juicy plum, blackberry, and earth. Well integrated tannins. Finishes with dark fruit that lasts around 40 seconds. Drink now and over the next 3-5 years.

Pretty if a touch too rounded/polished — 4 days ago
Salinity, ripe lemon, stony minerality, white flowers, and hints of white pepper. Richly textured on the palate with a touch of pleasant phenolic bitterness to finish off mushroomy soup we had. — 17 days ago
Hints of spicy citrus as the glass swirls. The typical minerality in the forward flavors pushes the tropical fruits to the background. Nice and clean. — 14 days ago
Toasted oak. Lemon zest lychee. Viscous mouth feel. Little light on acid — 8 days ago
Popped and poured at a social gathering. No formal notes. In the glass, a striking greenish gold. The nose is intense suggesting a wine of real verve…and it was. Effusive, bright tropical fruit, star fruit, apricot, cheese, and minerals. This wine is so well endowed with fruit! That being said, there is tremendous acid too. My WOTN enjoyed with a handful of other Chablis. — 13 days ago
Very nice young wine. Barkada wine club selection. Kept well over many days too. — 6 days ago
