La Fiera Montepulciano d'Abruzzo. Not Pinot Grigio. Bought 6/25 at Pine Orchard $7. Light in body, a bit acidic. — 2 months ago

Very good Montelpuciano especially with my veal scallopini and porcini mushrooms. Still young but very flavorful and fresh with cherry and red fruit flavors going on. Good Italian food wine at a reasonable price. — a month ago
Opened at least an hour prior to service. The 2010 pours a burnished gold color with medium viscosity. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of ripe apricots, candied yams, wet straw, rubber eraser, and all of the flowers. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is long. There’s a whole lotta soul here and it’s showing really well! Drink now through 2030+ — a month ago
Great body and mouth feel. Smooth balance of fruit, acidity, and tannins. Drinks lighter than 14.5%. — 2 months ago

Montepulciano in a particularly fresh, vibrant style, but there’s depth & elegance here too. Crushed blackberries, cassis, a bit of Ribena syrup. Every time I try this maker I feel compelled to lean in a bit closer. — a month ago
