Big cherry, black truffle, mushrooms, preserved peaches, iron. Long and fresh.
This guy apparently has worked with all the top sangiovese handlers such as Palmucci, Gambelli, Manetti and so on, but lost the train to become famous and still he is doing the right thing
This is just more than an ordinary Montecucco and fits perfectly in the "serious sangiovese" bracket. I expect it to age beatifully for quite a while. Demeter producer. — 7 months ago

Very jammy at first taste. As it opened up it really softened. Notes of blackberry, tobacco, cherry. Really nice, seems like it should age well. — 7 months ago
