2019 vintage. Huge Chambord and kirschy aromas and flavors. Medium body. More acidity than tannins currently but that could flip in 5-7 years. Drinking closer to Russian River Valley Pinot Noir instead of CDP currently. On the “artsy” CDP side as it were right here right now. Definitely missing the late 80’s-early 90’s cigar/tobacco/smoke counter-argument from this particular producer, place and offering. 4.17.23. — 2 months ago
From 109% Alsatian Pinot Noir. Light pink/salmon color. Nose features strawberry, raspberry and orange zest. Bright red berry and red apple flavors. Medium bodied and a nice mousse with tiny bubbles that hang around for a reasonable amount of time. Juicy fruit with a clean and dry finish. — 3 months ago
Very nice red wine. Drank it with Amytis at La Boissonnière Sentier when I was in Paris 31 May. A very good and full red wine. — 4 days ago

Pale lemon with pronounced stone fruit and citrus aromas with floral blossoms, slight petrol notes. On the palate flavors of apricot, peach, pear and lime citrus with vivid acidity, minerality and spice. Medium+ finish ending dry with citrus fruit, floral and mineral notes. — 3 months ago
Surprisingly ready to drink. Redcurrant leaves, strawberries, a little stewed fruits in the nose — but the palate remains austere, tannic, tightly controlled — 4 months ago

The 2022 Rosé Sancerre teases the senses with curry leaves and crushed rocks before revealing crushed nectarines. It's soft and round with a balancing core of saline minerals. Crisp white pit fruits give way to lemon oil notes. This finishes dry yet thoroughly fresh, with a chalk sensation nicely offset by a bump of residual acidity.
