Note : Impressive Pinot Noir completely forgotten at the bottom of the cellar. This copper-colored wine is fruity and full of freshness despite its vintage. A beautiful minerality with aromas of cassis, tobacco and chocolates. The tannins are fine and correct, a very nice surprise.

Paired this with a vegetarian pasta dish. Fresh peas, purple asparagus & garlic scapes from a local garlic. Tossed with olive oil, butter and walnuts and topped with shaved Parmesan. Was a perfect pairing. 2019 vintage. — 3 years ago
