Chilean sea bass.
Diced garlic and capers fried in olive oil with okra.
Pull the okra and add Roma tomatoes. Then add 1/2 cup of Riesling wine. Let alcohol evaporate and then turn off fire and add fresh basil minced. Place okra back in and serve on top of the fish that was grilled(outside ) to perfection. I had this with mash potatoes for a side and a fabulous bottle of Chablis Primier Cru 2018 and the day is over. — 10 days ago
