20 Years Old Tawny Port Blend

Probably the best wine I’ve purchased from Costco. It’s not cheap compared to other Costco offerings- but it’s much less cost with similar quality than the $90+ or more bottles of 20 year tawny port I’ve enjoyed. It’s just so smooth and complex that I don’t feel I need to describe the flavors profile. It’s complete. — 2 months ago

A great value, and IMO the 20 is the best out of the 10/20/30/40Y versions of this Tawny.

Cabernet Sauvignon 2000

2009 vintage is tasting very well today. Tannins have softened and wine is as smooth as silk. Chocolate, tobacco with plum notes. Nice reminder of tasting this wine during a previous visit to Stags Leap event. — 4 months ago

Limited Edition Very Old Single Harvest Porto 1972

Once again: I'm not a porto fan. And this one is The exception. Maybe because it's 50 years old, whether it's f.ckin' good. Smooth, elegant, with coffee, honey sweetness and very long finish. Best porto I've ever had. And probably the last one. — 3 months ago

Belle Glos

Taylor Lane Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir 2011

Delectable Wine

The 2011 Pinot Noir Taylor Lane is a small Belle Glos bottling offered only in magnum. Dark and supple, the Taylor Lane offers up a whole range of tobacco, cedar, dark cherry, plum and chocolate flavors. The extended élevage of 22 months in barrel is felt in some torrefaction notes. The 2011 is fully mature and a good choice for drinking now and over the next handful of years. This is nicely done. (Antonio Galloni, Vinous, May 2022)
