Ried Goldberg Pannobile Weißburgunder.
Nicely aromatic without any fruity notes at the forefront. Instead - white sourdough bread crust, salted almonds, a hint of white flowers and hay.
On the palate this shows depth & concentration with nice nuttiness, racy acidity and a touch of tannin mouthfeel.
Nice tension here with a salty, mineral finish.

Very mineralic at first. Blueberry's, pepper and a very mouthwatering acidity. With some air the fruity es will grow stronger, remarkably strong but never like jam. Always light, funky and with a touch of pepper and a hint of leather. A Zweigelt to remember. — a month ago

Classic Austrian red nose with dark fruit (plums!) and a pinch of allspice & cloves.
Medium bodied, nicely balanced and with a juicy tannic frame filled by ripe plums & cherries. Good depth & nice purity. Plus a long finish. What’s not to like? — 21 days ago
