Excellent wine for under $15. Better than most wines double its price. — 5 years ago

Outstanding wine! Aromas of blackberries, cherry cola and violets. Big dark fruit flavors with hints of cedar, licorice, vanilla and smokey dark chocolate. Balanced with silky texture and chewy tannins. Great QPR - Sub $20 Bottle. Revisited in May 2020. Still outstanding! Wish I had more! — 4 years ago
Quite surprising — 6 years ago
Well structured, medium bodied, dry. On the nose, plum, boysenberry, and vanilla spice. It has bright, spicy, red fruit flavors. Delicious! — 6 years ago
May possibly be experiencing slight second fermentation, but if so it is very slight and -- I can't believe I'm saying this -- the spritz is kind of a nice pair with the well rounded flavors. No, I'm not crazy. I'm actually really enjoying this wine regardless of the potential flaw, which astounds me. The finish is bold, though not overly dry. That's so different from the wines I typically love, so it's definitely coming in as a surprise favorite currently. Don't let the screw top fool you. ;) — 6 years ago

Immediately smell the earthiness. Spread around the tongue you get ripe red and black berry. Little to no tannin or acidity. — 3 years ago
