Whoa, just peaking right now, still inky, gobs of fruit, all manner of cherry, mulberry, cranberry, brambly, leathery, a cough syrup medicinal quality… very aromatic, and the palate was really grippy, very sturdy tannins - early season cherries & spice flavors, earthy, even a minerality, just tongue saturating w/long persistent finish. Enjoyed w/roast leg of lamb — 7 months ago
