✔️ 맑은 가넷 컬러, 브리딩할수록 풍부해지는 과실향과 부드러워지는 질감이 특징
✔️ 오픈하자마자 마시면 입 안에 느껴지는 향은 약하지만, 코 끝에 새콤한 자두•딸기•얼씨한 오크•가죽•토바코•말린허브 향이 섞여 느껴지면서 열릴수록 더 맛있어지겠다 싶었음
✔️ 오픈하고 30분 지나자 스파이스(시나몬스틱) 향과 산미가 올라왔는데, 혀를 살짝 조이는 타닌도 느껴짐
✔️ 한 시간 지난 뒤 타닌이 풀어지면서 산미가 더 잘 느껴졌고, 다양한 과실향이 풍부하게 느껴짐
(크랜베리•딸기•시원한 허브•새콤한 플럼향)
✔️ 닭고기•소고기는 물론 육향과 토마토향이 진한 라구소스와도 잘 어울림
잘 만든 BDM의 가벼운 버전처럼 느껴져서 넘 만족스러움

Big, jammy old world goodness, with mild tannins and a finish that echoes relentlessly around in the mouth. Mild spice box and wafts of dried leaves subtly compliment the whole package. Magnificent. — 6 months ago
Opened this last night, poured into decanter To around midnight, fell asleep, woke up a 4 am and said "shit, my Tenuta!" Covered decanter with plastic wrap. And now, 20 hours later, it's smooth...
