One of the best rose I’ve tasted. The bouquet radiates with blackberry, raspberry, blood orange, red/black tea, and light fresh herbs. Medium body. Refreshing and smooth upon entry and build complexity and weight on the mid palate. Hint of tannins on the long finish.

Hallberg vineyard is about 100 acres spanning 3 AVA: Russian River Valley, Green Valley (itself is a sub AVA of RRV) and Sonoma Coast. Different bottlings might show different AVA on the labels. — a month ago

Wine is 2016 Radian Vineyard Pinot Noir from the Sta. Rita Hills AVA. Vineyard is close to the ocean and one of the coolest in the appellation. Black plum and blueberry fruit, with tea, smoke, stony minerality and a savory, saline note on the finish. — 8 months ago

15’ Aubert Ritchie. Best Ritchie I’ve enjoyed from Mark to date? 🤷🏻‍♂️ Medium + bodied. Beautifully balanced Chardonnay. White peach, splash of pineapple core, apricot, white toast, sprinkle in a bit of floral spices. 3 favorites from this vineyard are Château Boswell- Arista- Aubert.
