Great nose, lingers nicely tasty oak. — 7 years ago
Okay so I admit I’m not a Pinot fan. But it’s because there is so much Pinot that stinks like grapefruit and sulfides. If that’s your style then move along. If you love pure Pinot Noir that smells of blue and red fruits, and spices with a smooth long finish, can be sipping or food friendly (tonight was Japanese curry rice) then @Benovia Winery is your Pinot!! This was WOTN. No decant, pop and pour delicious. — 5 months ago
In celebration of Veterans Day...dark fruit, birch beer, sassafras, decent acidity. — 2 years ago
Freaking well made wine. You can drink it standing up. Don’t need to plan a meal around it, yet regal as well. It’s dumb to make comparisons but with such few words I suppose it makes sense: ferren, dumol, bevan? Loads of citrus, ultra pure, well defined, powerful. I guess I like this. Bought at the tasting room (they kind of hurried us along) but I could still get a sense of what these wines are. The chards and the pinots aren’t just fluff, they are really really good wines. Not so much into the sales model but for the price you’ll compete with stuff double the price — 9 months ago
Delicious Sonoma coast Pinot. Feminine with a little bit of earthiness at the finish. Delightful!! — 5 years ago
