Good time to drink! It has fruit, structure, tannins, earth and is well balanced. We opened 3 hours before drinking and then decanted for 90 minutes. Then it opened up nicely in the glass. Delish!

Really good but also would be good with another year or two of age. Complex - dark fruit, dirt, some tannins and more acid than a typical benovia. We are eating with pork chops and slaw and it’s a perfect match. — 7 months ago
