Rich, balanced Napa Cabernet Sauvignon with grass-fed beef at Blue Hill at Stone Barns, in Pocantico Hills, NY — 7 months ago
Simply exquisite! One of Michael best builds. All round hill fruit :) this was gold in GovCup (2019?) This raises the bar for both terroir and maker! — 2 years ago
Quite quite nice…northern Italy in the bottle. This is often how CS in the mid-atl relates. — 4 months ago
Very simple design on that label. Pretty classy. Smells a bit like steak and the place it comes from. (Think feed lots and barns). It also smells of fruits of course. Flavors are zingy and bright. Cherries from the pie tree. Very dry and woody. Nice CA style stuff from Italia. — 4 months ago
Just says Cabernet not blend. Vegan and only natural sulfites in it. Dark color. Smells like cooked berry and something herbaceous. Flavors are savory and herbal. Hint of horse barns? Hay and sweat maybe. This is a different and likable Cab. Yup Unexpected. — 8 months ago

Yup there is a Llama on the label. ‘Old Vine’ like Zin. Rusty edge to the color. Smells like fruity coffee grounds and horse barns. Maybe some wet soil or rocks too. Flavors are acidic and zippy, but complex, layered and interesting. This is strange and uncommonly lovely for Arg Malbecs. The acids and tannins make for a juicy and luscious wine with style. — 3 months ago
