First of all, the bouquet is layered with muddled dark fruit. Second, the body is complex in all the right reasons. It's concentrated, intense, fresh, elegant and carries the sweetness of the fruit. Raspberries and blackberries on the tongue, with a beautiful dark purple color. Medium body, medium acidity and ripe tannins round out this seductive wine. — 9 years ago

Beautiful nose. A nice blend of floral and fruit notes, most notably honeysuckle and grapefruit. One the palate it is green apple, pear, and grapefruit. The body is both soft and crisp. The wine also carries the limestone from the vineyard, giving the texture a sense of powder. — 9 years ago

Beautiful golden color. Both the palate and the bouquet remind me of sherry. But not just any sherry, the amontillado by Lustau. Flavor is complex with both salty and sweet notes. As well as burnt caramel. Also reminiscent of a honey and lemon mixture my mother would give me for a sore throat. The bouquet also reminds me of dough, liqueur, and beer during its fermentation process. Medium-full body. — 9 years ago
