Red fruit with leather undertones on nose. Was much more leathery when opened, but fruit really came out after being open for about an hour. Really well balanced and great acidity. Paired well with shrimp risotto. Very smooth mouthfeel! Purchased from Roscioli Wine Club — 4 years ago

We visited this winery in April 2019 and had such a wonderful experience, so we were so pleased to see this bottle at a local shop. Red fruit and pepper on nose. Really easy drinking and good acidity - exactly what a young Loire Cab Franc should be. Had this with caramelized onion smashburgers and it was a perfect complement.
