Raspberry and a spicy note on the nose. Light body. Bright cherry fruit melting into vanilla due to the oak I’m sure it’s seen. Good Cali Pinot for a decent price. I had it with a steak and it mellowed the spice and brought forth the smooth vanilla and fresh plum notes. — 7 years ago
2014 review
Nose: a few green notes (bell pepper, slightly grassy) and some midrange purple fruit (blackberry predominant)
Pallete: lighter in body than the nose led me to believe. Decent acidity. The front is a little flat but opens up to nice currant notes. — 7 years ago
Nice minerality on the nose. Hints of grapefruit and a little grassy. Great acidity that finishes smoothly. A real winner. — 7 years ago
Lemon, Gravel, Pineapple, Yogurt on the nose. It’s off dry. Medium bodied and acidic up front but mellowing on the end. Coconut and citrus on the pallet. Really great wine at a great value. — 7 years ago
New oak on the nose and bright acidity and raspberry fruit on the palette. — 7 years ago

Funk fest. The nose reminds me of day old BBQ chicken. The fruit remains hidden. It’s highly acidic and a touch too tannic. Maybe it needed a little more time in bottle but I can’t imagine it was made to age. — 7 years ago
Agree with previous poster that this has a strong oyster shell aroma on the nose. 2016 is zippy, strong acid in the mid pallet but it doesn’t last. Would be great with a seafood tower. — 7 years ago
Nose: Peach, Pineapple,
Palette: Zingy front end, pineapple middle, the finish is fresh bedsheet crisp. Tepache-Esque. Opens up a little more to peach and honey notes. — 7 years ago

Nothing too offensive or spectacular. Easy drinking but don’t think about it too much. — 7 years ago
