Typical earthy minerality of a Rhône with complex cherry, plum fruitiness to it. Excellent bottle for under $10 — 7 months ago
Vanilla aroma with a cherry forward flavor that shifts to an oaky, vanilla, dark fruit finish. Very light bodied in my opinion, more smooth and crisp for a red. I prefer the more rich reds but I I’m getting a good first impression and I like how different this red is. Very easy drinking - would buy again. — 8 months ago
Smooth and medium body with aromas and notes of red fruits like cherry and raspberry with a little earthiness like cedar or oak. Peppery on the tip of the tongue and a jammy on the back. Enjoyed with a cauliflower crust veggie pizza. — 6 months ago
Really nice white - I’m rather new to whites but this is one of my favorites I’ve had. Pear, citrus, and grapefruit come through. Smooth and crisp at the same time. Very refreshing. Great value at only $5-$6 a bottle. — 8 months ago
Very smooth and bold Zinfandel. I tasted dark fruits and oaky hints with traces of vanilla. A bit sweet compared to other zins I like but still very much enjoyed it. — 2 years ago
Smooth wine with the mineral tones you expect from a Rhône but has a dominant raspberry/cherry fruitiness to it as well. Well balanced and enjoyed with a spicy spaghetti. Would buy again — 7 months ago
Smooth and a little smoky on the front with a cherry/currant/dark fruits with some vanilla and oak ones from the bourbon barrels. Sweet finish. I’ve had a couple of bourbon barrel cabs and this is the better one. — 8 months ago
Rich brick red color. After 10 minutes of breathing it was still quite astringent and tannin-forward, but once 30 minutes or so had passed it was a lot more mellow and smooth. Minerals, black pepper, and some subtle plum are what I tasted. Decent for the price but I’d like to try some other Chianti’s before returning to this one. — 8 months ago

Very fruity zin. Blackberry is the dominant note I pick up. Smooth and jammy, with a singe of pepper and spice on the end. — 6 months ago
